–Implemented a chemical safety program, chaired the contractor’s safety committee team for the refinery and served on the refinery’s Emergency Response Team - Hazardous Materials Team.

–Co-developed a customer survey program to proactively identify issues impacting customer satisfaction and retention; number of completely satisfied customers improved from 83% to 96%.
