schedules forehand for the engines maintenance (250 hrs, 500 hrs, 1000 hrs, 2000 hrs, 4000 hrs, 8000 hrs etc.) to avoid any abnormality.
Maintaining the GE JENBACHER 620 GS-NL (2.7
MW) & ROLLS ROYCE (3.6 MW) gas engines
maintenance (1000 hrs, 2000 hrs & 10000 hrs etc.) to avoid any abnormality.
FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis) for the root cause analysis of engine`s failure and prioritization of functionally significant parts based on their risk priority number (RPN).
To prepare daily fuel reports (Daily furnace oil stock, daily fuel report, Gas PH report etc.), flash report, load sheets, Gas/HFO engines status & WAPDA failure,
inter-office memo and plant status etc.
