3. Preparing and Updating the Human resources policies and procedures, in accordance with the Kuwait Labour Laws.

4. Updating the Company Grade and Salary structure / Authority Matrix, Job Descriptions.

5. Acts as the Leader to the Department's Taskforce Committee and involved in the preparation of numerous hospital quality accreditation /JCIA & CCHSA Accreditation / Healthcare Standards and policies.
