June 2014 I was reassigned to the Supply Management Army hardware Branch, AMCOM, ALC Redstone Arsenal, AL Supervisor: Nakia Redman, 256-***-**** and Chaunte Vergnac,256-***-****
I served as a Specialist in the SMA Hardware Branch, ALC. I was responsible for the Missile Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) and as the POC I provided guidance and assistance to personal within the ALC, including the depots, and other Commands as it pertains to the budgeting and the execution of depot maintenance orders doe Missile components. As a key player in the AWCF budget cells, utilized and assist to develop the Depot Maintenance OPS-29 requirements when required. These cells are comprised of Weapon System requirements of financial/budgeting areas and subject matter experts. I develop detailed program listings by weapon system, by the depot, and by the fiscal year (FY) as well as summary reports for the POM years. I ensure all Logistics Management Specialist program changes identified during budget cells are captured and forwarded to the Missile IO Requirements Branch for updates of the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) . In addition I review organic program prices and identify any manual adjustments that should be processed in LMP. When all program adjustments are made in LMP, I review budget packages for accuracy and completeness.
I consistently review the Missile AWCFD depot maintenance budget program by analyzing and justifying data for each weapon system, source of repair and type of maintenance required for each FY. I perform repair cost analysis and do an in-depth review of the top 10 driver programs for each FY. I review requirements from a budgetary viewpoint to develop program request, resolve budgetary deficiencies, approve minor reprogramming or develop recommendations for major reprogramming decisions by higher headquarters between missile systems.
I prepare and distribute daily AWCF reports, provide input to the quarterly 50/50 report to congress, and update the AMCOM CG chart(program status) monthly.
I participate in the quarterly and the year-end closeout In-Process Reviews (IPRs) and ensure all Missile AWCF repair funds are obligated by fiscal year end. During Quarterly IPR’s I record and compile repair quantity make changes to determine that funds are required for additional authorizations or for availability for reuse on other programs.

I served as a Maintenance Management Specialist supporting the depot maintenance function by assisting higher graded specialists in maintenance responsibilities. As well, I assisted higher graded specialist in the development, the interpretation, and the distribution of the program objectives and the policy guidance for the execution of the program objectives and the policy guidance for the execution and management of the command organic and contract programs. I utilized my knowledge of the commodity Command Standard System (CCSS) to extract and verify financial data to ensure the obligation of all available funds. I consolidated Aviation and Missile Financial reports and submitted to appropriate personal. My duties as a sheet metal mechanic included removing, repairing, and replacing aircraft fuselage, wings, fixed and movable surfaces, regular seats, wheels and tires, controls and mechanisms; removing, installing and rigging aircraft flight control surfaces; fabricating skin; installing rivets and metal fasteners; painting aircraft; fabricating repairs for composite components; performing daily, preflight, post-flight and other periodic aircraft inspections.
I removed, form, fit and install highly stressed and double contoured shins, using hand or power drilling, cutting and other metal working equipment. I installed heads up, regular, heat treated, high shear, and blind type aircraft rivets and fasteners, using pneumatic rivets, special tools and bucking bars.
