• Decipher hours worked, vacation and/or personal time and overtime per policy procedures.

• Produce and maintain monthly payroll reports.

• Daily Input/Entry of all incoming accounts both new and renewal. International Matex Tank Terminals – Bulk Oil Storage Facility Multi-Terminals Personnel Administrator – October 2003 thru June 2016

• Weekly payroll of 60 + employees, including hourly and salaried employees.

• Decipher hours worked, vacation and/or personal, call outs and overtime - per payroll, per policy procedures.

• Process payroll via inter-net while on vacation.

• Track End of Month Man-Hours worked.

• Track Capital Improvements and Project hours.

• Conduct 1st stage interview.

• New Employee Orientation. The introduction of benefits, policies and procedures.

• Ensures new hire and terminated paperwork is correct and in orderly fashion.

• Submits employee paper work to corporate office: new hires, terminated, transfers and promotions.

• Schedule drug screenings; new hires, disciplinary or random.

• Manage employee files: updates on drivers’ license renewals, address, tax forms, insurance benefits (marriage, birth), disciplinary notices, promotions, TWIC, training, certifications, including all other employee correspondence.

• Manage petty cash.

• Clerical duties: order office supplies, distribution of mail flow, check request.
