PROJECTS Design of Skid Steer Loader Tilt Mechanism and Cabin Design as Per Ergonomics Study” at EIMCO ELECON (I) LTD
Skid-steer loaders often called mini loaders, are the machine used for drilling, pick and place, loading, transportation, spreading road cleaning and many more. The machine has zero turning radius, which makes them extremely maneuverable and suitable for confined spaces. Eimco Elecon India Ltd. is going to launch/introduce a newly designed Skid steer loader (SSL). The machine currently is in design phase. The aim of this research work is to design the machine cabin & cabin lifting mechanism, considering machine as well as ergonomics aspects. The work will start with consideration of the cabin & related dimensions & required as per the SAE standards. Once the cabin designed next task is to design lifting mechanism. The work will be done using Creo parametric & analysis will done in ANSYS workbench. Photonic Design for Photovoltaic
In solar cell most important thing is its efficiency there for new technological continuously introduce different type of solar cell such as polymer solar cell, quantum dot solar cell, hybrid solar cell, organic solar cell, nanocrystal solar cell, plasmatic solar cell etc. The conversion efficiency for single-crystal commercial modules ranges between 15-20% due to the thermodynamic limits, in photovoltaic technology recoded efficiency of single junction silicon cell is 28.3%, we will try to increase efficiency of photovoltaic cell by changing the surface structure that provide better light trapping and control emission of sunlight, it help to decrease the losses of sunlight.
Systematic Design Approach for Solar Concentrator
We compare the conventional concentrator system and our concentrator we conclude that time taken by conventional system is approximately 10 litter water heated in about 66 minutes. This value obtained by theoretically.
In our project we integrate the solar concentrator and windmill on common shaft so the material required is less than other hybrid system As mention above the both are on common shaft so the area require is less than other hybrid system. The power output by the wind mill is approximately 113 watts.
