RESPONSIBILITY
Monitor the loading packed putty in Trucks with 100% safety aspects quality of Putty / bag, quantity of Putty / bag, housekeeping and systems to avoid accident and customer complaint.
Co ordination with Logistics for timely placement of truck to achieve the daily target given my management.
Co ordination with maintenance Department to reduce the break down and records properly.
Arrangement of issuing store materials and placed in proper bin.
Co ordination with weigh bridge and physical checking of bags when truck was showing weight variation
Better coordination with Contractor supervisor for daily deployment of man power as per shift work load and taken maximum productivity.
To create safety awareness among the people for their safety.
To explore the idea regarding 5S, WCM and implement the same on shop floor.
To follow the all safety rule as per our standards
QUALITY
Check and ensure correct Putty quantity and appropriate loading pattern in trucks.
Check and ensure correct bags as per Putty.
Check and ensure that no damaged bags should be dispatched.
Check and ensure correct bag printing i.e. week, month, year, M.R.P as per State
Check accuracy of all bag counters and correct it with help of concern.
SAP Knowledge:
PMR (Preventive maintenance routine)
Production Booking.
HOUSE KEEPING
Ensure better housekeeping in respect loading platforms, belts, walk way and packers for usable / damaged/ empty bags in working / owner ship area.
Cleaning of loading machine after truck loading.
SAFETY
No any incident occur to man, machine and materials in my shift.
Ensure use of wheel stopper on trucks.
Uses of PPE as per Packing Plant requirement by self, work man and truck drivers / cleaner.
BAG BURSTAGES
Daily safety talks with work man working under you.
To reduce bags wastage by daily checking of all diverters, & if found any abnormalities correct immediately with concern.
Ensure no bags on belt at the end of shift.
Give the point wise bag damages report during the shift
Ensure safe placement and removal of trucks and loading machine
