Karim graduated from the Interior Design program in Canada, he developed a passion in art and design at an early age. He enjoys being a part of the home building process due to his experience in the field and his studies in the Architecture Engineering program that he did join previously in a German university with his Middle Eastern culture and background. Karim is a positive, enthusiastic and motivated person. Presenting and marketing his project came from the true belief in the quality of work that should be higher than usual expectations. Colors, textures, patterns, materials and details are major key elements of his character, who always considers the little things. Computer aided design skills is based on practice, that’s how Karim developed and learned how to use AutoCAD, Revit, 3DsMax, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, where that placed him in a successful position that supports him to achieve his goals. During the past years, Karim learned how to be more well-organized from his work experience in the field of art and design meeting the deadlines with high standards. Dealing with people and socializing is an easy task for his type of personality and the confidence he has. Karim follows his creative mind and techniques to deliver his vision, which that creates a great opportunity for him to standout and make his work unique with the presentations skills.
