I am a United State Air Force Veteran with over 20 years of IT experience. I have obtained 117 hours of college education towards obtaining my BS in Computer Science. Managed and developed 10 + projects modernizing the proprietary business application suite. Designed, developed, and lead the ncpdp d.0 billing conversion project for MPS. Project completed 2 weeks early well under budget. Interfaced with various national payers for standard conformance and payer specific certification. Currently upgrading MPS ADT integration platform. Managed 7 developers. Designed and developed Health System HL7 Integration platform project MIX. The MIX application is a loosely coupled Service Oriented Architecture topography that provided Electronic Medical Record (EMR) 3rd applications the ability to integrate Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) and electronic order results to the various service locations within the Health system as well as integrating with 3rd party laboratory services platforms, specifically Quest and LabCorp. Integrated AllScripts EMR via ConnetR and Meditech laboratory module. All Service objects developed in C#, .Net Framework 4.0. Integrated components with Legacy MediTech, AllScripts Enterprise, CareStream and IBM Initiate EMPID applications.

Director Enterprise Software Group 2004 – Mar 2010

NREIS provides all mortgage related services to 2000 varied financial institutes and mortgage brokers. Responsibilities are to Design, Develop and Implement ASP.Net/Smart Client Application enterprise solutions. I manage a staff of 18 .Net Developers, 6 QA engineers, 2 Project Managers, 3 Business Analyst, 3 Database Administrators, and 1 Technical Writer. The solution encompasses a workflow engine, document storage and retrieval, B2B integrations via Web Services. Designed the enterprise SOA topography utilizing Web Services and WCF. Developed entirely in C# utilizing MS SQL Server 2000/2005 as DBs. I adhere to OPP best practices and have implemented common patterns and follow the MSF SDLC. I am responsible for evaluation of 3rd party tools for application integration. I utilize MS Project, Visual Studio .Net 2003/2005, .Net frame works 1 – 3, MS Source Safe, and MS Enterprise Manager in architectural design and requirements phases of the SDLC. Successfully implemented the following applications:

1.E-Commerce integration portal: The portal manages the entire product offering with the associated workflow rules and B2B electronic messaging. The portal averages between 40,000 and 60,00 transactions/day while servicing 21 separate B2B integrators.

2.Enterprise Framework: The SOA components of the Enterprise system that is comprised of 31 SOA objects. The objects are implemented as Web Services, Windows services, and WCF services hosted within IIS, XP Server 2003, and the HTTP/HTTPS protocol stack of the Windows Communication Foundation.

3.Customer Web Portal: This web application, implemented in ASP.Net 2.0 is the public facing application of NREIS. Enables order placement, order revision, order status tracking and customer reporting. Utilized Master Template architecture to implement customer views and branding based on customer specific views. The Web Portal is implemented on 2 load balanced Windows Sever 2000 machines and has operated with 99.8% uptime.

4.Vendor Web Portal: This web application, implemented in ASP.Net 2.0, enables NREIS vendors to receive, track, and complete work orders in an entirely electronic manner. Vendors have the ability to update all vendor specific data, i.e., name, address, TIN information. The vendors can view vendor invoicing and work break down reports.

5.Currently developing the Enterprise Mortgage System (EMS) that is the main workflow application for the enterprise that will support the current 1,400 plus employees, both on and off site. EMS is a Smart Client application that plugs directly into the SOA Bus and enables the NREIS Associates to complete all product requests in a secure manner. EMS interacts in real time with all SOA components and other EMS instances via messaging on a Publish/Subscribe based messaging system.

Consultant as Senior application engineer for the InformEnt Solution application. Responsible for Design, Development, and implementation of a web based GUI for CRM application. The application enabled end users, financial institution customer service representatives the ability to query the enterprise database and select customer products via a GUI interface without knowledge of SQL. The interface implemented a tree menu structure for data element selection and the ability to drag and drop desired data elements. The user selection criteria, the where portion of the query, was availed via drop down selection boxes. Project completed on time and under budget.
