Calibration of Magtrol Dyno analyzer, controller and encoder for Aviation actuator production

Experienced designing 3 plane fixtures and holding devices for CMM operator use. Grind compound minute angles and EDM wire glue stops. Operated profile grinder to grind any radius or form for forming/cutting/profile punches and experimental tooling design.

Checked all finished dimensions using dial caliper, 0-1” micrometers, 50 millionths dial indicator, stack-up blocks, and Starrett calibrated surface plate. Capable using Vernier height gage and dial indicator with calibrated stack-up ceramic blocks. Familiar checking angles and radii with comparator and gage. Familiar reading blueprint geometric dimensioning to control part features and repeatability such as parallelism, run out tolerances, true position of a feature, zero datum location, hole location and texture/CSA/UL/trademark listing.

Familiar with machining 6061, D2, S7, A2, A6 and CPM9/10V. Capable of grinding carbide, graphite, aluminum, and tool steels to +/- .0002 inches.
