Professional Experience:

1.Presently working as assistant stores manager in Indus Biotech Private Ltd Pune.(from 2012 onwards)

Worked in SAP systems to monitor inventory and goods receipts and issue material to production through SAP.

Preparation of monthly stock statement in SAP.

Closing of 4(5) a challans of job works.

Also worked in production to manufacture extract concentrates, spray dryers,distillation and columns.

2. Worked in Vishwat chemicals manufacture of explosive chemicals in High Energy Research Lab (from 2004 to 2012)

Monitoring the effective utilization of available sources in order to achieve production target.

Responsible for managing Overall production, day to day production activities and ensure that standard Norms are followed.

Checking the quality at the lab on purity setup, analysis of intermediate product raw material analysis and taking reports on daily basis.

Assist safety equipments to be used in lab and in shop floor for safe work .

Handling of PLC operated SCADA systems for monitoring reactions .

Handle glass line reactor of 1KL, vacuum self dryer.

3.Worked as production chemist in KEMP LAB manufacture of drug intermediate .(from 2001 to 2004)

Handling of 1KL glass line reactor,2KL SS reactor and achieve process control .

Responsible for managing overall production and day to day production activities.

Handling of different units like refrigeration unit of vapour Engg,filteration unit,water

Injector,distillation of tolune and ethanol .

Analysis of acidity of reaction mass, purity of final product etc.

4 .Worked as production supervisor in INDIAN OXALATE LTD manufacturer of specialty chemical .(from 1992 to 1998)

Handled contunius chemical reaction,maintaining of reactor temp, crystalization temp,rotary dryer, simple vacuum distillation, Recovery of Nitric Acid etc.

Knowledge of preparation of lab chemicals,Analysis of reactor samples,Analysis of mixed acids, percentage purity of final products.

Handled 10 KL, 12 KL, 8 KL SS reactors .

Knowledge of RG 23, Cenvat, PLA,173 B declaration,TR-6 challans .

5 .Worked as production supervisor in MINAR CHEMICALS LTD manufacturer of specialty chemical .(from 1988 to 1992)

Handled various machineries like jaw crusher, pulveriser,dryers,digestors, evaporator etc.

Handled various types of centrifuges like 24”,36”,48 “and super ammonia compressor etc .

Knowledge of manufacture of oxalic acid and ferric alum, BKC,Carbamate etc.

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc ) Chemistry in Nov 1988 from Shivajji University Kolhapur .

Advanced diploma in CAD-CAM and CNC technology.
