Oversaw design and implementation of a 2,500 square foot warehouse conversion to a secure heated support & maintenance facility. Managed all aspects of the project ranging from design approval and completion.
Worked in conjunction with business owner on a 20,000 square foot retail build-out project. Responsible for layout and design of primary sales floor area. All while working within the parameters laid-out by the property managers and as dictated by existing infrastructure.
