Erection & Commissioning:
• Reviewing of P&ID, Instrument Hook Up drawing & Wiring drawings.
• Preparation of Instrument list, I/O List, Functional design specifications, Graphics Screen design.
• Development of Closed loop and logic schematic drawings and other function blocks also.
• Carried out all wiring schedule and Junction Box schedule from control room to Field Instruments.
• Assisting overall activities pertaining to installation and commissioning of a field Instruments, Control valves and DCS panel wiring, Loop Checking & Documentation.
Maintenance:
• Preparing and Implementing of routine Preventive, Corrective, Breakdown maintenance schedule to avoid the forced shutdown of plant and Shutdown maintenance schedule.
• Calibration of Transmitter (SMART) using HART Communicator, Pressure gauges using Druck, Control valves, Pressure switches, Limit switches And Level switches alignment, Controllers, Electronic and Pneumatic Instruments.
• Periodical interlock checking as per the Schedule for the instruments.
• Up keeping, History Cards, Checklists of all instruments. Working as Co- coordinator for ISO documents Preparation & Implementation. PROJECT:
• Successfully completed a final year college project of PIPELINE INSPECTION ROBOT at TAMILNADU PETROPRODUCTS LIMITED Manufacture of Linear Alkyl Benzene and Heavy chemicals like Caustic Soda, Chlorine. COURSE:
• Successfully completed INDUSTRIAL PLANT AUTOMATION ENGINEER (IPLAE) course at Technocrat Automation from November 1st 2017 to April 30th 2018.
