I am an efficient, dedicated, confident, hardworking, highly self-driven, organised and self-motivated person. During my 20 years with Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RB Int’l AG), I have successfully achieved the various goals set for my multiple roles in the organisation.

I joined the bank in July 1995, when it was then a Representative Office, as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Representative cum Office Administrator. My main functions include administrative support to the Chief Representative, general office administration

& Human Resource roles. Over the years, I gained valuable knowledge and experience relating to other areas of responsibilities including liaison with Head Office on our offshore branch application, budget for office expansion, office planning, site viewing and office space planning, ad-hoc office renovation projects for expansion, sub- let/reduction of office premises throughout the years, etc. Other ad-hoc events that I oversee include the IMF World Bank Meeting in 2006 whereby I was the overall in- charge of the entire event planning and coordination for our internal VIP/Board Members and their spouses’ itinerary and program. I also doubled-up as the ‘Tour Guide’ for our Board Members and their spouses whenever they visit Singapore or Asia, be it on a business or private trip. I also had the opportunity and privilege to plan and co-ordinate their overseas programs/itineraries, flight and hotel arrangements, etc. especially in neighbouring countries like Hong Kong, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and China. Through the various roles, and ad-hoc projects & events, my contributions and skill sets were constantly put to the tests and they were proven to be successfully achieved over the years. These have not only improved my problem-solving skills, they have also

• Calendar management for the Managing Director & Head of Corporate Finance (MD).

• Update MD with the VIP contacts’ birthdays/anniversaries first thing in the morning.

• Prepare correspondence/replies to emails on behalf of the MD, as and when required.

• Organize meetings, conference calls and book the meeting venues accordingly.

• Plan, compare & schedule flights and hotel bookings, handle visa applications as and when required, and assist with local logistics.
