Assumed this position and leverage my very deep customer relationships at C level as well as strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, influencing and decision-making skills and high attention to detail operating in multiple geographies. Built the business from a small acquisition ($4 million).

• Identify opportunities with operational expertise to step up the business to get critical mass for international business for Spanish and English speaking customers from US, Spain and domestic opportunities (LATAM).

Achievements:

• Ramped the business to 1800 (present) people managing pan Latin American and North American customer base.

• Managed and supervise the CEO of the Colombian operation

• Reshape the business with an acquisition in 2012 to current run rate of $ 31 million from synergies and organic growth.
