Job involves managing more than 500 users of Quality Center and maintaining more than 20 projects across 7 domains.
Assisting the SAP Apllication maintenance team for the routine testing activities in HP Quality Centre
Helping the Key Users in test Execution and test Review in quality centre
Creating New Domains and Projects.
Creating users and setting the permissions for the users and allocating the users to the particular project within the particular User group.

Demand management: Working on the supportability of requirements of the projects with their demands to be fulfilled, Understanding the criticality and fulfill the appropriate demands. Work with the project leads on Demand prioritization and fulfillment. Checking with the vendors on the availability of bench with the open demands. Develop impact relationships with the business teams and provide proactive solutions on staffing issues Showcase scheduling activities to the business periodically.
Target setting: Setting of monthly targets and sharing of demands accordingly with the vendors in order to fulfill the requirements. Weekly call with the project/ Leads with regards to demand fulfillment and supply channels. Managing target sheets and sharing it with the leads on weekly basis with the progress report.
Vendor Management: Managing vendors with their capabilities to fulfill their demands. Sharing the critical requirements with the appropriate vendors. Utilization of the bench resources available with the vendors. Participated in analysis of capability matrix of vendors and Rate card of skill available in the market. Empanelling of new vendors based on their capabilities to support niche skills. Terminate /cleanup of inefficient vendors.
Recruitment coordination: Plan events/walk-ins according to skills, level, open positions and location. Schedule interviews and coordinate weekday schedules and work towards closing of open positions ASAP. Aligned walk-ins in Application/web/infrastructure verticals.
Resource Allocation: Tagging of resources (contractors/fulltime employees) to the projects based on the skill, level and demand. Manage planned project roll-offs and retagging of resources. Trade resources from other projects to maximize closures towards overdue and maximize company utilization
