For project Stores works job involved processing the receiving materials delivery, Verifying (Quality & Quantity) and recording of all incoming material, Sole responsible for store dept., Preparation of Material request / indents, Visits to site for physical verification of stocks, Material Reconciliation on regular basis, Monitoring all necessary inventory / documentation, Material / Assets Management.

Supervisory for construction material per the requirement on construction sites.

Prepare store receiving voucher (SRV) and update materials records daily in “AS400 System”. Materials inventory programme as per ISO 9002 standards.

Summarize as per company standard cost code the delivery notes available from site stores, the materials received from the suppliers and issued to the sites.

Check the site what works is being carried out for the proper allocation of the materials received and used in the works.

Prepare monthly cost reports of the materials received and used in works and report to the commercial manager time to time.

Enter SRV (Store received voucher) & SIV (Store issue vouchers) for receiving materials in AS400 systems. (JD Edwards Software).

Maintaining Inventory system for physical and JDE reports stock records.

For Commercial Coordinator, assistance to Quantity Surveyors for daily commercial related works, Handling Subcontractors payment certificates tracking and LOA for project related agreements and bond performance, Handling the monthly material on site works, supporting to QS for daily Commercial routine works
