Job title: Field engineer in BPCL Refinery Cochin, as a subcontractor.
Description: BPCL is a one of crude oil refining industry in India with huge capacity of 3,10,000 barrels per day (processing capacity). At the end of crude oil reefing processing we are getting petroleum coke as by-product. In our section we are working on petroleum coke packing and handling, it could be used as a raw material for various cements company’s.
while work along gathering lots of working experience about power machines used for refining process. Hands on experience of handling power machinery and tools in industries. Having experience about the list of machinery’s.
1.Crusher (Handling capacity: 80 Tons)
Handling of petroleum coke starts with crushing. while receiving coke at the point of by-product it contains huge size, for the reason of further processing crushing coke into small.
2.STACKER (circular stacker reclaimer)
Purpose of stacker is maintaining even and controllable distribution at the end uploading or dispatch. circular stacker reclaimer perform both staking(storing) and dispatch functionality.
3.Rail road system
At last uploading is our final process of petroleum coke handling. upload all the coke dump into a container for shipment process through rail transportation.
