Worked on a framework for the King Urban Life Neighborhood on the East Side in the City of Buffalo. I kept a database in GIS and Excel of vacant land and abandoned houses and mapped and geocoded locations. The data showed whether they were city-owned or from an outside interest.
Worked on establishing a framework for appropriate locations to locate solar panels within the city of Buffalo, as UB is attempting to increase its usage of solar power by 2030.
Worked on establishing a framework for the King Urban Life Neighborhood on Buffalo’s East Side. Presenting maps of existing vacant land parcels and abandoned buildings for infill development. Also establishing a framework for a community land trust.

During my tenure at Transworld Systems, Inc, I was a third-party collector for the United States Department of Education.
