• Managed the day-to-day operations of the enterprise data warehouse (EDW) while refreshing GL transactions and other core financial data on a continuous, periodic schedule.

• Led development of full software development life cycle (SDLC) projects for the USPTO EDW to include: o Oracle 12c upgrade

o SAP Business Intelligence Platform 4.1 upgrade

o Revenue Fee Processing System replacement

• Led two complete upgrades and migrations of USPTO EDW servers to include operations and application systems for the complete spectrum of services from the database and ETL operations to the presentation layer using Apache Tomcat, SAP Business Objects Business Intelligence Platform 4.1 and Data Services 4.2 as well as the Oracle RDBMS 11g & 12c. o This included the migration of content, redesign of custom java portal scripts and the introduction of a secure interface using SSL.
