Accounts Receivable (February 1996 thru April 2018)

Log onto multiply bank websites to pull current ACH’s, Lockboxes, and Wires for multiply countries.

Post approximately 700 payments per week as accurately to the correct client Invoice in the Oracle system.

Run a daily report to assure what was posted in Oracle matches the bank report.

Work closely with the Project team on any questions they may have on cash application on their jobs.

Do corrections and pull payment copies as requested by the Project Team.

Work closely with internal Auditors and SOX Auditors.

After an acquisition worked very closely with the new Company to insure a smooth transition to our companies set of books.

Run an Unapplied Cash Report and sent it to the proper personnel.

Sent out Aging reports as they were requested by clients.

Trained the ISC-India team on how to apply the cash properly.

Payroll (February 1991 thru January 1996)

Process payroll for 300 non-union employees and 100 Union Construction.

Attach the right number of stamps for the Union workers and reorder their stamps we need.

For the non-union employees we distribute the paychecks bi-weekly and corporate accounting did the rest.

Accounts Payable (January 1990 Thru January 1991)

Processed approximately 500 invoices in a week.

Matched invoices to checks weekly then mailed.
