Conducts full inventory control on all EDL’s that have been assigned on a monthly basis. Documents and tracks all correspondence to include any type of damages, malfunctions or updates.
Schedule, coordinate and prepare monthly safety meetings to include scheduling topics, taking and preparing final meeting minutes, attendance roster and distributing newsletters and various safety procedures to the workforce.
Maintain a contractor roster for issuance of AMMO and Weapons. This requires each employee to sign and abide by the Lautenberg Amendment Acknowledgment Agreement to ensure that all personnel are aware of their responsibilities for the control and safeguarding of Arms, Ammunition, and Explosives.
Assist in coordination of interview processes to include scheduling interviews, preparing screening/interview binders, and providing directions and instructions for candidate.
Assists with inventory of all sensitive property that is assigned to each employee quarterly as well as providing documentation for tracking purposes. Also assists with full property accountability to all employees annually, this audit requires full hands on verification. Tracks hand receipts to ensure accuracy for quarterly audits. Documents all property transfers and turn-ins between contractor and government employee.
