I am working through Account temps. I put the information from the bank statements on the CRJ’s, I do the journal entries, reconcile weekly and monthly. I enter information into Great Planes. I do month end for three different CRJ’s. I have created return checks and done return mail. I have done invoice coding for accounts payable.

I created budget sheets for trips people had to take for the other plants. I was doing inventory and doing internal audits of everything in the plants. Used Peachtree to record all the invoices. Created purchase orders for the workers.

ACTIVITIES

In my spare time I do love to read book, go up north and visit my parents. I have 4 dogs I attend to at home. I enjoy trying to help the community and the homeless whenever I get a chance. I do take pride in learning as much as I can at work and outside. I think knowledge is a powerful thing to have.
