Personal statement

Seeking employment in Microsoft Dynamics 365, to work as a Functional Consultant and use the knowledge I have gained through my 7 years working with Dynamics CRM. Good technical understanding and knowledge of database and server infrastructure and, a good knowledge of development.

Highly motivated and committed to gaining as much knowledge as possible in Dynamics 365. Good knowledge of business practice as well as very high computer literacy. Strong fundamental knowledge of underpinning subjects in the industrial IT workplace. Personal Interest includes private studies into uncovered areas of IT from degree criteria, cooking, fitness and sports (mainly rugby).

I currently work with Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 as a functional consultant. My current roles at QuantiQ are as follows:

• Participated in the pre-sales process as needed for RFPs and SOWs.

• Conducted discovery meetings with clients to determine project scope.

• Lead design sessions with clients to ensure their business problems are addressed and their strategic goals are met.

• Created and managed project timelines and managed budget, scope and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.

I worked as a junior functional CRM Dynamics consultant. I created FRDs and FDD’s. Lead discovery sessions, customised and configured systems as well as train users. Logicalis UK 2013 - 2015

I worked for Logicalis as a 2nd line Applications Support Analyst. During my time I fully administered, supported, reported (SSRS and SQL), analysed and assisted with developed of our Dynamics CRM instances working alongside our 3rd party consultants making changes in our DEV, Pre-Prod and then importing changes to our live environment. I was involved with an upgrade from 4.0 to 2011 to 2013.

Working as an IT Support Analyst my roles included hardware selection for employees and for our IT Infrastructure, Web Design, server maintenance and troubleshooting and system administration. My major job while at was ERP and CRM selection, negotiation and implementation as a team. During this time, I acquired strong documentation, communications and analysis skills.

Web Developer

I set up my own business while at University, creating CMS websites ranging from sports organisations to beauty pageants. This knowledge has helped me grasp a good understand of CMS's, plug-ins and applications, how they work and how to modify them. Notable Achievements

• Gold, Silver and Bronze Duke of Edinburgh

• 7 years’ experience in the Army Cadet force (202 Acton Det. Royal Engineers). Ranked Sergeant and developed discipline and leadership skills while leading recruits. Completed my SCIC (Senior Cadets Instructor Course).

• London Irish Youth Academy and various other rugby. At 18 had a pro contract in Italy for the 2003/2004 season. Also captained my University. Played Super League rugby in America for the Chicago Griffins.
