Education The Ohio State University, B.A. in Arts and Sciences with a major in Photography and Cinema.

Experience! Presently, semi-retired, shooting video for the Yellow Pages, shooting photos for real

estate, and shooting menu dishes for UberEats, and Amazon.

1999 to 2015, Owner / Producer / Shooter, etc. of Vogel Productions. I‘ve shot

various TV Spots including those for JD Equipment, Chesrown GMC. I’ve shot

product video for jewelry stores and video for the internet. From 2006 on, I shot

video for the Your Home Columbus Show which aired on WCMH-TV as

well as its sister show which aired in Dayton, Ohio.

1995, Producer / Director / Videographer for Visual Productions where accounts

included Honda Manufacturing of America, Inside Edition, The Montel

Show, and CBS News. 1987, Owner / Producer / Shooter, etc. of Vogel Productions, a video production

company. My projects ranged from TV Spots and news shoots to industrials and

rock videos. the client list included Nationwide Insurance, Trans World

International, Wendy’s International, Inc., USIA-TV & Film Service

(WORLDNET), and NBC Nightly News. I started the company in March of

1987.

I worked for Ohio ETV Stations, where I served as a videographer / editor for

a nightly news feed entitled “Ohio Newsbreak”. It aired on all of the Ohio

Public TV Stations.

Prior to this, I worked at WSYX-TV as a production videographer. I shot all of the

location work that dealt with commercials, industrials and public affairs. Many of

which I directed or produced as the situations required. During my time spent at

the station I shot film and floor directed after starting as a film editor there.

Videographer Awards in Arlington, Texas

ITVA Gold And Silver Slate Awards for “Camera” and “Internal Communications” on

“Tomorrow’s Careers Today”, a series of videos produced

for the Columbus Public Schools

ITVA Gold Slate for co-producing a video for the Baxter Scientific Products

Division entitled “Baxter Mission Impossible”

Regional Emmy Nomination, a public service announcement for The Cystic

Fibrosis Foundation called “Dream”

Official Judge for segments of the Ohio State News Awards, a nationally

held event

Won a regional Emmy for directing “Schoolteacher”, a rock video. I also

received an Emmy nomination for Videographer on “Schoolteacher”.

You” a piece which aired on the Jerry Lewis Telethon.
