Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. ROLE PURPOSE

Both for RCI and DAE Egypt, responsible for carrying out various financial activities reviewing including posting operating expenses, payroll preparation, cash flow management and Intercompany and balance sheet reconciliation. Essential to be a good team player and have the ability to respond and adapt to a variety of situations and people in order to meet changing requirements in the job.

2. KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES

RCI Egypt,RCI ME Bahrain Office, RCI ME Dubai Office and DAE Cairo office

Accounts Payable

oOperating expenses amortization: Reviewing accounting journals preparation and prepayment posting

oOperating expenses accruals: accounting journals preparation and posting accruals.

oPrepare vendors and monthly expenses cheque, transfers and do the posting.

Preparation, monitoring and reconciling of all inter-company Recharges

oPreparation of RCI Egypt recharge invoice to RCI Dubai with backup.

Capex Control and Reporting

oMaintenance of Fixed Asset Register

oRun Depreciation and create account on Oracle.

Balance sheet reconcilation for RCI Egypt.

Monthly Payroll preparation and do the posting

Quarterly tax preparation and correspondent with the tax authority representative and do the posting

Monthly Salary tax deduction and do the posting

Social insurance review and deductions and do the posting

Bonus calculation, posting and payment.

Preparation of Payroll transfer and cheques

Preparation of payslip and handle it to all staff.

Monthly bank postings and reconciliations RCI ME Dubai Branch and RCI Egypt.

Review Cash Flow get money transferred if required and do the posting.

Bank correspondent.

Month-end postings and financial reporting

oCash report for US Reporting monthly.

oMonthly Capex file reporting

oCurrency revaluation.

oRep Letter every quarter

oQuarter reporting (other accruals, other prepayment) and submit

oOperating Leases every quarter

oOther month-end work

HR (contract review for new hire, social insurance registration in for new hire

IT Support Noor correspondent and solving internet problems.

Tecom Support correspondent and solving PRI problems

Dealing with the customs and prepare the document for ant materials or IT clearance.

Call centre daily reconciliation, review and corrections, e-mail sent to cc operation manager and follow up.

Co- ordination of Mustafa Shawki Tax department every quarter.

Support to RCI ME manager in other tasks related to RCI ME :(Co-ordination and preparation general Assembly, Board resolution and commercial register update) and (Corporate Tax).
