Design smart HMI custom controller for chemical dispense system with web based control. Controller is based on PIC32MZ microcontroller with 6 RS485 ModBus connection to the I/O modules, ModBus TCP/IP connection to the gateway cell modem, LCD display 800x480 (with direct video RAM access), soft touch functions, SD card, USB, live firmware update over Ethernet … The firmware is based on PIC Harmony development system and Microchip TCP/IP stack, USB stack.
