A 30,000 crore Mega Size Petrochemical complex with annual capacity of 2.0 million tonnes located at SEZ, Dahej. The complex has been commissioned in the March 2017 and presently on a rapid path of stabilization. The complex is presently being managed by 1 Thousands employees and 2500 nos. outsourced manpower.
Roles and Responsiblities:-
Key Responsibilities:
1. End to End recruitment:
Coordination with Hiring Manager: Coordination with hiring manager to understand thier requirement as per approved Organograms. Help them to create job requisition in Sucess Factor.
Understand the job Requirement as per JD: Analysis of the JD to understand requires skills, education, types of experience etc to source profiles.
Select the method to source profiles: Select the method for source profile whether intenal of external.
Sorcing: Source profiles by using OpaL web Job portal.
Shortlisting: If they are agree and interested with current opening then I send their profiles to hiring manager for shortlisting.
Schedule Primary interviews: Once getting the shortlisted candidates name from hiring manager I schedule primary interviews with hiring manager whether it is telephonic or Skype or VC.
Coordinate for final interviews (F2F): If hiring manager select the candidates after telephonic or schedule Face to Face interviews (Technical Round, HR Round).
Documentation work: Before and after of interviews I do documentation work like giving OPaL Employment form, Experienance verification form, travel reimbursement form etc.
2. Preparation of Offer proposal, offer letter and appointment letter:
Once candidate will shortlisted I send him a offer proposal for acceptance.
After their accept of offer proposal we send him offer letter by scan copy and hard copy to his address.
Once candidate joined us I prepare office Order letter and submit to them 3. On Boarding Process:
Pre-joining Tasks:
Joining Forms documentation
Process for per-joining formalities (Employee Code, IT formalities, Induction Coordination)
Post joining Tasks:
Process for security, Telecom requests
Release Joining Circulars of new joinees
File documentation of new employee
4. Payroll Administration:
Full & Final Settlement Process -Accurately & timely processed 5. Preparation of organogram:
Preparation of organogram as per manpower information provided by the department heads
Taking approval on organogram from head of department, HR Head and CEO.
Update organogram on monthly basis.
6. Preparing Purchase requisition:
Preparing purchase requisition by using SAP for bills submited by consultants.
Submit PR to commercial department for PO.
7. Vendor Management:
Invoice processing & vendor management pertaining to HR and Admin Expenses 8. Software:
