Transaction Processing

Process balance order / standing instructions as per customer request.

Process stop payment of cheque requests within the stipulated time frame.

Cash handling

Receive payment by cash, cheques, credit card etc.

Checking daily cash accounts.

Clearing Cheques & Processing Post dated operations

Ensure inward / outward clearing cheque images are technically verified and authorized.

Prepare letters to be sent to customers whose cheques have been returned for lack of funds.

Achievements: Achieved target of 100 CASA accounts within a stipulated time.
