I am a graduate of MSc. In Enterprise Software Engineering From the University of Greenwich, London in 2008. I am a dynamic, competent and result oriented software Manager/Developer. I am an accomplished professional with many years of post-graduation experience. I enjoy being part of, as well as leading, a successful and productive team. I am quick to grasp new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I am able to work well on my own initiative and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively. I offer many years of experience in software architecture, analysis, design, development, deployment, support and project management, with proven success in delivery of functional enterprise-wide, distributed n-tier, client/server and e-commerce solutions using traditional, Object Oriented and Service Oriented architecture technologies.
I have successfully developed and deployed the following solutions (personally and as a team lead) from 1999 when I graduated from The Federal Polytechnic Offa till date while working for different industries in Nigeria and England including a bank, an Oil & Gas company, several IT Consulting firms and for a company I registered in 2010. The companies and solutions are listed below in descending order of their dates.
1.May 2017 to date, System Architect, Serve Consulting Ltd, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos - OSIFMIS (Ondo State Information and Financial Management Integrated System).
This is a World Bank sponsored project comprising of modules like Budget (major), Payroll, Human Resources, Citizens Portal etc. The project is based on SAP and Java.
The Budget module is the major module, it comprises of planning & preparation activities on Java platform and execution & control on SAP, the Citizens portals and HR modules are also based on Java.
A Java web app was developed to implement several models for budget forecasting, envelop (ceiling) distribution among Sectors, sub-sectors and MDAs, project scoring, project costing, year budget entries, notification messages via emails and SMS, several budget reports and analytics etc.
I work as an independent consultant leading the Java development team representing Serve Consulting Ltd, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos which is the leading company among a consortium of companies including EY (Earnest Young) Consulting Ltd and Telnet Ltd handling the project.
The budget app was successfully completed in December 2017. I am currently leading another team developing a Java web app for Oil and Gas Service Provider Association of Nigeria (OGSPAN) to manage petroleum product distribution from oil depots across Nigeria, the project is billed to go live in September, 2018.

I head a team of five developers that developed a Billboard Sites Management System (a PHP based system) for Crystal Communications Ltd, Abuja to manage their numerous billboards located in various states of Nigeria and some West African Countries.
We also developed and deployed a POS (Point of Sales) System with Java web system, it was acquired by Domino Stores, It was commissioned at their Ikorodu, Gbagada, Yaba, Idimu and Mafoluku branches.

I work as an independent consultant for Mobile Knowledge Solutions; the company is based in Lekki area of Lagos, Nigeria. They are specialized in marketing educational mobile applications, in particular I was the team lead in the management of PETSS (Personal Education Tablets for Secondary Schools), PETSS is an Android based application developed for secondary school students in Nigeria and its environs, it comprises of recorded video lectures, epub books and past questions and answers covering the past 20 years in the major examinations conducted in Nigeria and West Africa i.e. WAEC (West African Examination Council), JAMB (Joint Admission Matriculation Board) and NECO (National Examination Council. The resources in the application cover the syllabuses for the examinations.

5.03/2010 to 08/2010 – Application Manager, SystemSpecs Ltd, Lagos, Nigeria
I returned to Nigeria in the month of February 2010 after studying and working for about 5 years in the UK, I resumed with SystemSpecs in March 2010 and was involved in the following projects:
SystemSpecs Remita:
Remita is an E-Payment system developed with Java technologies; I was involved as a senior developer in analyzing, designing and supervising the implementation of STP (straight through processing) in Remita. The process involves implementing a scheduler (Java Quartz) to automatically trigger a posting process in the banking applications when a money transfer transaction is available.
SystemSpecs Human Manager:
I also designed and supervised the implementation of Claims module in the Human Manager a human resources application. I personally implemented the migration of the entire Human Manager to Oracle 10g database, it was originally in Microsoft SQL-Server database.
I coordinated the documentation of analysis and design of the system while working with SystemSpecs.

I worked on the following projects for Vodafone telecommunications Ltd while working with Dynamic Webs Ltd:
Vodafone upload system:
The Java based system is designed to dynamically update a PHP based web application system. The Java system is used to upload Excel sheets to an online database system (MySQL), to upload images, and PDF files to the server. The uploaded files and Excel sheets dynamically update the Vodafone website with the details of their products and their customers in Europe, which include countries like UK, France, Germany, Italy, Greece, and Holland etc.
Chat Program:
Implementation of a Java based chat program using TCP/IP, ServerSocket, Socket, ObjectInputStream, ObjecOutputStream, Thread and other relevant Java technologies applicable to a chat system. The Server Class opens a port via a socket and listens for communication from any client through the port. The Client Class is instantiated each time a user invokes the chat program, it attempts to contact the server via the same port established by the server; the server receives information from the clients and distributes them accordingly.

I worked full time from September 2005 to August 2007; I work as a freelance (mostly working from home) from September 2007 when I started my Masters programme till December 2008. As a senior developer for Global Network Solution, I was the architect and team lead for the following projects:
CONFIDENCE Communications Ltd – J2EE based Money Transfer Solution (Using Java technologies: JSF, JSP, Servlets, DWR, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, Tomcat, Springs, Hibernate, Oracle 10g database, Unix OS). Confidence Communications Ltd is a finance outfit based in Deptford, London. The company has a host of agents in various part of London. The web application allows Confidence and its agents to update customers’ details and money transfer transaction details in the application; Confidence produces daily reports and downloads Excel formatted transactions details from the application which is uploaded to the servers of the paying banks in Nigeria.
Original Blues Ltd – Stock Control and Invoicing Solution (Using Java technologies: JSF, JSP, Servlets, DWR, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript, Tomcat, Spring, Hibernate, SQL-Server 2000 database, Unix OS). Original Blues is based in Hayes, Middlesex, England, the company specializes in clothe making, importation and exportation of clothes, they have agents and sales representatives in America and Europe. The application handles stock control, purchase order, sales order, invoicing and receipting, reports are web based and excel based which can be downloaded from the application.
Basset & co Ltd – Salary and Payroll Systems (Using Java, MS Excel, MS SQL-Server 2005 database, Windows XP) A care support service provider based in London, the system manages the number of hours worked by the hourly paid staff and computes the salary for both back office monthly paid staff and the hourly paid care support staff, the time sheets are updated in MS excel sheets and are uploaded weekly to compute the salary. The main system is developed with Java Web, and MS SQL-Server, among other things, the system computes the PAYE (TAX) and the National Insurance (NI), the gross earning and the net pay.

The weekly events and special church programs are recorded with a camera or a camcorder. The recorded files are encoded into FLV formats and are uploaded into the website for public view. The technologies used include PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, XHTML, CSS, MySQL database etc.
Living Word Revival Ministry website:
Project 1: Is divided into three sections:
1.Read Through the Bible: This allows the user to read through the bible in entirety. The scripture is divided into 366 sections that comprises of a combination of chapters for each day of the year. A setup page allows the administrator to edit the setup so that the scripture can be re-distributed into the days of the year in the future.
2.Living Word for Today: This is similar to the previous but with a little variation. The users read special part of the scripture setup by the administrator, the page also comprises of special comments from the pastor; for this and the previous section the user can pick a new date while on a particular date but he can not pick a future date while on Living Word for Today, you can however go to a past date.
3.Web Foundation Course: The user can register for a bible course by supplying his personal details including names, user-id, password, contact and email address. He can use the details to login after registration and download and read the course materials after which he must answer questions at the end of the reading. There are several sections for the course and they must be attempted accordingly, it is not allowed to jump to a higher section without completing the lower ones.
The technologies used include PHP, JavaScript, AJAX, XHTML, CSS, MySQL database etc.

Oando is an oil and gas producer and marketing company in Nigeria, it is one of the major oil marketers in Nigeria. I was in a team of 5 developers and headed the team for the period of my service in the company. I developed, supervised and supported a number of applications (Using Java, FoxPro, C#, VB .Net and MS SQL Server technologies) including:
Operations Review system – (Java based) A Budgeting, Forecasting, Supply, Sales, and Profit/Loss application.
Peers Payroll System – (FoxPro based) A payroll application paying over 1000 staff
Asset Management System – (C# and VB .Net) The monthly depreciation and other asset parameters are calculated through this application.

I joined FTB as a banking officer (to work as the senior software developer) from Peers Consulting Ltd in 2002, among other things I was responsible for the following (Using Java, FoxPro, C#, VB .Net and MS SQL Server technologies) while working at the bank:

I started my IT career with Peers Consulting Ltd, (an IT consultancy firm) as a junior consultant. At Peers I developed a Payroll/Human Resources (Using FoxPro and MS SQL Server technologies) system which the company sold to a number of organizations including: Oando (Where I later worked), FAAN (Federal Airport Authority Nigeria), African Alliance Insurance, House on the Rock Church etc.
