Successfully reduced 15% Auxiliary power consumption in power plant by installation of VFD on Boiler Fans.

Achieved power saving by installing Utility M/c. in place of Voltas Utility M/c, thereby saving Rs.12lacs /Yr.

Modified the Convection Zone Header from Single Pass to Three Pass to overcome the Starvation / Overheating Problems of Convection Zone to reduced Tube failure.

Instrumental in installing the Double Helical Gear Pump for positive circulation of lubrication to overcome MOP vibration / abnormal sound due to poor lubrication, which will improve the over working as well as equipment efficiency.

Designed a screw conveyer for feeding the petcock in boiler no.1& 2 to reduce the steam generation cost.

Developed a DCS based auto load & PF control Systems to optimise the TG- sets loading, which will improve the overall efficiency of TG sets as well as Improve the Power Generation.

Holds the merit of installing a VFD on Chlorine compressors for the first time in the history of Caustic Soda Plant to get fast & accurate control.
