As an RPA architect advise, lead and work on high impact activities within the system development lifecycle. Advise clients on RPA associated methodology to support through all phase of the RPA delivery lifecycle, assess process feasibility and complexity. Extensive experience on both front office (RDA) and back office (RPA) automation using Automation Anywhere (9.0 to 11) and Uipath (2016 to 2018).

Understand client’s business requirements and clearly document them in order for RPA developers to deploy the automation projects in an optimal manner.

Team member and SME for professional services projects driving multi-million dollars in revenue annually. Reported directly to the VP of Services and Delivery with responsibility for supervising junior staff including engineers and contractors. Cultivated and managed crucial relationships with vendors, strategic partners, and C-level executives throughout project lifecycle. Selected projects include:

Team member for Texas 2-1-1 project. Managed a team of junior engineer and external resources on the $10M project to consolidate the state’s business applications into a single, cloud-based platform. Navigated the state’s political landscape and gained consensus from the heads of 14 individual state agencies to successfully deliver the solution that created a superior citizen services organization for the state.

Team member for 12-months, $15M project for modernization of the entire digital technology assets. 800+ stores and regional offices of Sears Holdings were included as part of this project. Technical Leadership for this complex, high-visible project from conceptualization to execution, avoiding significant penalties associated with late delivery, and managing the simultaneous deployment across all locations.
