Primary focus is supporting the Vice President of HR to minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement. Works closely with key business stakeholders to drive faster adoption, greater utilization and higher proficiency on the changes impacting employees in the organization to achieve desired business results. Inherited an outdated rewards program; reworked the program; received approval from senior management; rolled out the program; immediate adoption rate of 10%, but more people used it over the following weeks, up to 40%.
Worked with IT team as the operating system changed and everyone had to use Office 365; implemented a monthly "IT Day"; created an interactive training catalog which made people less intimidated by the change.
Revised the on-boarding guide; the current one was falling short; new hires were not being adequately integrated into the company; all agreed the new program was better and provided a greater understanding.
