7/2002 – 1/2005 Public Health Nurse II Communicable Disease Program Manager. Chatham County, NC. Responsible for agency reporting of communicable diseases per NC Law. Liaison to local providers for communicable disease control. Worked all clinics in the department as needed at least 3days per week.
