• Planned and managed a four year clamp development program ranging from 4” – 36” with a project team spanning four continents. (US, Norway, Brazil, India, and Malesia)

• Planned and managed the development of a small bore connection system, a robotic arm for the manifold, and multiple other connector and manifold development projects with various impacts.

• Responsible for the programs yearly scope, budget, and schedule creation and management along with the product manager and the technology director.

• Each product had to go through a detailed stage gate process of concept creation, design, procurement, and detailed testing to API and OneSubsea standards.

• Managed testing at three test facilities, one of which was the sole responsibility of my program with a monthly operating cost of approximately two hundred thousand and a team of seven.

• Planned and pushed through a testing site relocation from Magnolia, TX to Berwick, LA. This saved the company and project an estimated one hundred thousand dollars per month during testing.
