Rautray & Co:- Handled cases pertaining to Civil Litigation, Appeared before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi and Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, National Green Tribunal- New Delhi Bench and District Courts of Delhi, Commercial Litigation, Cases pertaining to breach of contract, suits for money recovery, Handling various Commercial Arbitrations of PSU’s and Government Undertakings, Drafting various deeds such as Gift Deed, Sale Deed, Conveyance Deed, Builder Collaboration Agreements, MoU’s, Settlement Deed, Trust Deed, Partnership Agreements, Legal notices and other commercial agreements, Drafting of SLP’s, Doing Admission/Denial of documents,, Drafting various Applications and other Petitions like Writ and other Legal Notices, Replications, Evidence by way of Affidavit,Rejoinders, complaints, plaints, written statements, compromise petitions, objections and I.A.’s relating to the cases filed against the Company and on behalf of leading PSU’s of India.

Veda Legal: - Drafting forms under IBC, 2016 for Corporate Insolvency Process also preparation of appeals/ documentation for NCLAT & DRAT, Drafting of First Motion of Companies, Registration of documents at Sub-Registrar Offices and collection of documents from various authorities, Drafting of Demand Notice and working on SARFAESI matters, Appearances in DRT-New Delhi, Researched and worked on Regulatory procedures and Mechanisms like SEBI, RBI etc., Private Equity Funds, Filing of Trademarks under new Trademark Rules, 2017 and working on various corporate law matters including buyback, change in shareholding pattern of companies, listing of AIF’s etc, working on various aspects of companies act, 2013 and filing of documents online for various companies in compliance with Rules and Procedures established by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. B &B Legal Syndicate:- Researched and worked on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 drafting petitions u/s 7 & 9 of the Code and also dealt with possession under SARFAESI matters and litigation pertaining to recovery, cheque bounce and matters u/s 138 of the NI Act, loans, letter of credits, financing and mortgages, loan documentation, Deed for Guarantee, drafting of Term Sheet and Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement, Scrutiny & verification of the property documents and prepared legal opinions and also co –ordinate with the external advocates to obtain the legal opinion in due diligence, Co-ordinate with the external advocates in court matters and providing the details of the case, documents and preparing the drafts and contest the cases with due diligence, Drafting of Hypothecation Agreements, Pari- Passu Agreement between banks, Registration of Trust, Handling the cases before DRT and NCLT-New Delhi and also preparing documentation for NCLAT and DRAT.
