Role and Responsibilities:-

For inward QC:-

Raw material inspection as per QAP through ERP system, Verify all the parameters, Maintain raw material inspection Reports, supplier Quality PPM, supplier rejection reports, in-process rejection data, Corrective Action Reports,Test certificates of Electronic & Mechanical parts.

Communicate to supplier regarding rejection through phone, mail, visit.

For Final QC

Inspection of final Product as per finish goods QAP

Maintain PDIR reports. (Control Panels, ARD,LOP-COP, Wiring Harness, Industrial Products, PCB’s)

Maintain PPM of final Quality

In-house calibration of electronics equipments

Prepare Tressability document

Products:- ARD (Automatic Rescue Device), Lift control panels-ARD based, Hydraulic, LOP (Landing Operating Panel), COP (Car Operating Panel), Door drive, FTAD (Fan,Tube,Alarm Device), Car-top Junction Box& Industrial products, P2S converter & S2P converters, etc.

In this project two modes are used manual and automatic mode with security password. The main objective of this project is home automation and to help handicapped and old aged people who have the locomotion problem.

Mini Project – Propeller LED Display

Description: In this project we have designed a circular display by using just 8 LED’s. we can display any name or very long strings of sentences on this display. The main concept used in this project is Persistence Of Vision.
