Two-month rotational intern program within the financial department of a transnational corporation, directly under the management of the CFO. Familiarized with most process inside the financial department.
• Sorted, collated and bound thousands of pages of financial statements, voucher and tax report each month.
• Used the pivot table in MS Excel to extract all transactions occurred within a month, and employed the formula given by parent company to decide the best transfer pricing strategic to make most profit.
• Made dozens of travelling reimbursement and all other reimbursement to employees every day. And double check that all transactions were using the correct bank account. Otherwise, do a reverse process.
• Adjusted and updated balance sheet, income statement, stockholder’s equity statement and financial statement to help generate the semi-annual financial report.

Teaching Assistant Gainesville, FL
One-year teaching assistant for Java, C# and advanced Java courses held for graduate students and undergraduate students, around 200 students each semester. Assisting with professors’ teaching and helping students.
• Hold office hours for 4 hours each week, and make additional appointments with students if required. Helping more than 20 students with their programming assignments and answering all sorts of questions within my capability. Managed to improve their coding ability and overall understanding of Java and C#.
• Grade students’ programming assignment (around 100 pieces) every week and give them feedback afterwards, which takes up to 10 hours when the scale of the project is large. Grade all students’ midterm and final exam paper.
• Keep the professor updated of students’ performance on their programming assignment and inform the professor of the part where many students had trouble understanding.
