Chief Human Resources Officer

Supported 350 employees located in Mexico (Guadalajara, Monterrey and Hermosillo) and 11 employees in Tempe, Arizona.

Performed a Listening Tour that generated a report on Company’s state of affairs. Identified growth impediments.

Restructured the Human Resources organization.

Introduced the HR Business Partner role and aligned it with customers’ accounts to impact business bottom line.

Introduced OD function which allowed HR to support requests from the Operations group to assess the efficiency of specific client centered software development groups.

Together with Finance, transferred all employees from an outsource model to Tiempo employees. This entailed the development and implementation of a new hiring model, compensation model and legal Mexican government requirements. The transition was accomplished successfully with 100% of the employees signing new employment contracts.

Managed HRIS implementation from data collection of key requirements, identification of key stakeholders, budget, research of potential vendors, demos, evaluation of systems, contract, data migration, system testing, global training, and the GoLive. The implementation of BambooHR was very successful. No more Excel spreadsheets to manage the Recruiting of candidates nor the need to deliver payments for running reports. Managers, HR and Tiempo Development are now able to use people analytics to drive business performance.

Implemented a Service Award Program

Managed Open Enrollment for US employees and introduced HDHP with a Health Savings Account.

Transformed HR organization from a transactional group to a strategic business partner.

ORTHOARIZONA, Phoenix, AZ August 2014 – July 2017
