Hired to lead the first corporate wide agile software development team as a proof of concept to Meijer leadership. As a lead on this team we were able to prove to leadership that agile software development works and would deliver immediate value and impact to Meijer customer’s by delivering working software to the market in two week iterations.

The result of leading the first successful POC agile team. Meijer has now deployed 9 agile software dev teams running concurrently on a multitude of features to Meijer customers. Immediate deployment of new features = engaged customers = increase of Meijer profits.
