Coordinate operations and personnel to complete production demands. Ensure that all local, state and federal regulations are met (OSHA, SQF, FDA, WDA, DNR), as well as ensure customer requirements are met. Lead multiple departments, and personnel in a union environment. Responsible for scheduling the staffing needs for production of upwards of 50 people daily. Routine quality checks. Corrective action, performance assessments. Trouble shooting issues to ensure production demands were met. Developed firsthand knowledge of equipment, personnel through team building. Learned lean manufacturing skills to help assist in waste reduction opportunities. Also developed numerous documentation sheets, spreadsheets, and SOP’s to assist production needs, and regulatory requirements.
