Conducted engineering studies relating to all phases of supply chain operations, including lean design, space utilization, flow, materials handling systems and equipment to develop job specific engineered work standards, calculate cost benefit analysis and associated pay-for-performance recommendations.

Lead store-level performance diagnostics and process analysis to identify opportunities resulting in a 60% reduction in ongoing sales advertisements and $2M in labor savings network wide.

200K shoe picking locations created. Coordinated all activities including labor install via outside contractors, maintenance, Red Prairie and labeling.
