Planning space to accommodate the equipment and services on the architectural floor plans.
Placing the air terminals on the RCP layout and distribute the air to the area to be air conditioned or ventilated.
Preparing the Air conditioning, Ventilation & Plant room layouts.
Schedule the material Quantities. (Equipment, Duct, Chilled water piping, Duct/Pipe Accessories, Thermal & Acoustic insulation.)
As build drawings based on the inputs from constructed site.
Release of Approval / As Built Drawings.
Technical Evaluation Sheet Preparation and tender BOQ Preparation.
Vendor Drawing Review and drawing Co-ordination with MEP Services.
Shop drawing Review.
HVAC site work execution.
DESIGN
Architecture, Structure and MEP 3D modeling using Revit.
Good understanding of Building Information modeling workflow, concepts & standards.
Parametric Revit family creation.
Possess knowledge on project Review, creating walkthrough and clash analysis in Navisworks
