Coordinating among the different maintenance group for the timely completion assigned to them and the quality of the work done.

Maintenance of belt conveyors.

Planning predictive & preventive maintenance schedules of plant equipment to increase machine up time & reliability.

DCS data analysis and identification of any abnormalities and possible remedies.

To provide the entire maintenance solution as per requirement.

Conveyors, Fluid couplings, Scoop couplings, Stacker-Reclaimer, Travelling Tripper.

Joining of conveyors belts (Hot & Cold).

Trouble shooting, root-cause analysis of abnormality identified.

Planning and execution of strategies for achieving the set target for month.
