Duties & Responsibilities

X-ray male viewer operator

Viewing people at the X-ray scanner machine when they exit the plant

Check on suspicious or unauthorized things/assets through the machine

Do the body search if any suspicious object appear on the image in the scanner

Record the information of the person held in the searcher register book

Confiscate all unwanted assets placing them at a safe place.

Raise incident for all who doesn’t follow the procedure.

Access control duties - Ensure effective access & egress control

Issue access cards as required

Monitoring all deliveries when entering & exiting the plant

Capturing the employees in the system

Giving access to employees entering the plant

Ensure that new employees do the medical,fingerprints and induction before resuming their work

Checking on the clearence certificate if they are allowed to work and they don’t have any criminal record

Doing the alcohol test on everyone who enters the premises

Inspect the vehicles entering and leaving the premises

Ensure that no unauthorised person and dangerous objects are entering the premises

Monitoring and escorting the precious metals when digging off
