Since June, 2017 working as a Sr. Engineer ( Quality Control) at Skipper Limited. ( Guwahati, Assam )
From February,2015 to May, 2017 worked as a Graduate Engineer in BRG Group of Companies (Iron & Steel) at Quality Control dept. We followed ISO Standard as per Quality Control norms, ISO 9001:2008, 14000, 18000 & SEDEX, SA-8000, CTPAT. ( Kharagpur, West Bengal )

Working Profile
1.To ensure documents as per Quality Management System are established, implemented & maintained.
2.To ensure that the documentation used in Projects is standardized.
3.To prepare Project Quality Plans for the designated projects on the basis of the laid down Quality Management System & Project specific requirements enumerated in the Engineering Execution Plan.
4.To perform checks of various documents pertaining to project & ensure the proper & good quality documents are sent to the customers.
5.Reporting to HOD(QA/QC) on the performance of the Quality Management System & any need for improvement during internal quality audits.
6.Ensure maintenance of records required by Quality Management System.
7.To conduct Internal Audits of QMS as per annual audit plan & follow up of CAPA.
8.Preparation of documents required in the Management Review meetings.
9.Regular follow up of status of actions identified in Management Review meetings.
10.Timely analysis of data related to key goals & report to HOD(QA/QC).
11.Root Cause Analysis of Customer Complaints using advanced tools & techniques with coordination of concerned department.
12.Maintaining & Following IS 802 Part II, IS 2062, IS 2629, ISO 9001:2008, 14000, 18000 & SEDEX, SA-8000, CTPAT series procedure & quality (process control, auditing of process of the department, quality controlling with regular studies of inputs).
