The project involves implementation of Emergency measures to mitigate potential damage to the existing dust control measures and existing Infrastructure at the Owens Lake from any potential inundation.

Project Control Manager/Estimator –KDG construction consulting. Construction of Temporary Measures (CTEM) Infrastructure Project at the Owens Lake, Lone Pine, CA, (Apr 2017- present)

$15 million Preconstruction Planning, Prepare Baseline schedules, Work Break down structure, Cost & resource load schedules, Cost estimating & Take offs. Coordinate with LADWP management in negotiation of fixed price with the contractor. Provide project constructability review. Work closely with Project manager in recruitment efforts.
