Manufacturing operations include Extrusion, Stretch, Integrated Blow Molding, Injection Molding, and Extruded Tubes serving all market segments. Planned and executed the consolidation of four manufacturing facilities.

Vice President Manufacturing & Engineering – Captive Plastics, Piscataway, NJ (Acquired by Berry) 2006 – 2008

Directed thirteen manufacturing facilities with a combined annual budget of $500 million, including Engineering and Quality. Experience with on-sight and near site operations.

Chief Operating Officer - GRAFCO PET Technologies, Hanover, MD (Acquired by Captive) 2004 – 2006

Directed four manufacturing facilities with a combined annual budget of $110 million, including operations, corporate quality, engineering, manufacturing engineering, human resources, materials, purchasing, planning, and distribution for this leading rigid custom plastic container manufacturer. Major $500 million Consumer Plastics Packaging Company. Responsible for two of their largest plants specializing in Stretch, Reheat, Injection, and Blow Molding processes.
