Project Manager overseeing projects from order entry to installation and punch completion.
• Attended weekly PM meeting with team.
• Maintained PM log.
• Created Project Information Sheet containing customer information, scope of work, vendor ship dates, acknowledgements, special notes, etc. to be used as a single tool to achieve the most efficient way to consolidate all project requirements.

• Project Manager for M.D. Anderson Team overseeing projects from request to installation and punch completion. Projects could range from one office to a new 1.5 million sq ft building installing over a five year period.
• Consulted with designer, planner, and project managers to identify specific needs for project.
• Reviewed scope of work with OFIS designer to create drawings and quote.
• Approved drawings and quotes before forwarding to customer. Acquired labor quotes for moves, reconfigurations and returns to surplus inventory.
• Ran weekly reports to track orders received and contacted customers for delivery.
• Coordinated installation with designer and customer along with contractor, data/IT, and building management when required.
• Created delivery tickets and coordinated with warehouse to have product pulled and prebuilt.
