Job Responsibilities

1.Main Reception
Report to the department in charge and manager
Greet patients in a warm and friendly manner
Provide patients for hospital services and schedules
Guide patients care,complaints, compliments and suggestions
Conduct surveys from inpatient and outpatient for customer satisfaction.
Reach daily quota and monthly KPI’s ( key performance Indicator )for acquired surveys
Conducts and guide patient for hospital tour and services.
Distribute gifts and token from the hospital to the newly born babies.
2.Outpatient/Inpatient Department
Report to the department in charge
Identify patients correctly in a warm manner and check patient appointments
Verify patients information and insurance cards validity and register them in the HIS system
Arrived patient in the technology system based of the hospital to register and provide patients information
Coordinates with the doctors and nurses with their daily appointments
Check Insurance Coverage of the patients if covered through provided eligibility portals
Coordinates with the insurance team provider for the assurance of patients eligibility status
Collect patients bill and records daily transactions of the department
Collect Birth Certificate requirements from the patients for verification and send to Medical records department
Attend regular meetings of the department
3.Call Center
Report to the department in charge
Received inbound and outbound calls
Attend patient call through hospital services and doctors appointment
Reschedules doctor’s appointment
Book appointments for the patients
Coordinate with all the departments of the hospital
